Customer Satisfaction Commitment

All items on our website are made to order unless explicitly stated otherwise and cannot be returned. However, client satisfaction is our priority, and we will assess any concerns with made-to-order pieces on a case-by-case basis.

Ready-to-ship items, where specified, can be exchanged or used as credit if returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

Bespoke, customised, made-to-order, engraved, or resized items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to their personalised nature.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days. We will work to replace the item or offer an alternative after receiving the item back for inspection. For further details, please see our Quality Guarantee & Warranty section.
