Our bespoke jewellery pieces typically require 6 to 10 weeks for creation, depending on the complexity of the design. This includes several stages, such as design (with you), amendments, signoff, production, hallmarking and a quality check. We will keep you informed throughout the process and notify you once your piece is ready for dispatch.

Made-to-order pieces typically take 4-7 weeks to complete. Each piece is individually crafted and thoroughly checked to ensure it meets our highest quality standards before being shipped.

Once production has commenced, changes may not be feasible to cancel or modify an order. Please contact us promptly if you wish to make modifications, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
