Warranty & Guarantee

One-Year Warranty

Rachel Muscat London provides a one-year warranty for all jewellery covering manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a defect, stop wearing it immediately and contact us for assessment. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost. While we aim for an exact match, natural variations in materials may result in slight differences.

This warranty excludes damage from normal wear and tear, improper care, or unauthorised repairs. Work done by third parties without our agreement will void the warranty.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratches, dents, or general signs of wear
• Damage from misuse, impact, or exposure to harmful substances
• Discolouration due to contact with chemicals or improper care
• Loss of stones due to chipping or wear-related damage

Prongs and settings can wear over time; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their integrity is maintained. Lost stones are not covered, so we advise securing external insurance for comprehensive protection.
