Delivery & Returns

Domestic Shipping

For UK-based orders, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a tracked and insured service.

Items from the collection are all made to order and will take approximately 4-7 weeks for completion including hallmarking times and a quality check.

Bespoke items will take approximately 4-10 weeks for completion including design, sign-off, production, hallmarking times and a quality check, and we will notify you once they are ready for dispatch. We will give you an estimate before production of the item. Please note that all items are shipped; in-person collection is not available.

International Shipping

We ship to various international destinations, primarily using DHL. For any questions about international shipping methods or rates, please contact us. Please note that any duties or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

All jewellery pieces sold by Rachel Muscat London are made to order, based on the metal, ring size and gem options available and are non-returnable.

We are a small business and strive to deliver a product to you which exceeds your expectations. We are committed to your satisfaction and will assess any issues on a case-by-case basis.
